Do you have excellent customer service? Are you organized? Our client is looking to hire an Inside Sales Support. You will be assisting the Sales Department in all aspects of sales process from price quotes to delivery of orders, interfacing with customers and resolving customer service issues. Interested? Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales Managers in all aspects of sales process.
Assist Sales Managers in preparing formal quotes and sales support materials in Word and Excel.
Provide price quotes to customers, determine availability of products, and provide delivery lead times to customers.
Interface with customers to resolve RMA and customer service issues.
Assist in coordinating with vendors to find out availability & life-cycle of components.
Interface with Planner for follow up on delivery dates and notification and various departments for customer action items.
Assist coordinating the fulfillment of orders.
Follow up on open quotes.
Requirements:
Professional and confident telephone skills.
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build relationships over the telephone.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-pace environment.
Leadership and facilitation skills are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Education & Experience:
Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field.
At least 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or technical field preferably on computer hardware.
No H1B or Green Card sponsorships at this time.
Local Houston candidates will only be considered.
